Return Policy
All orders placed through ADEX USA are considered final and sold “AS IS.” Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact customerservice@adexusa.com within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos. If applicable, we will arrange a replacement using the same service level as the original order (no overnights).
Damaged Material
Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery by emailing customerservice@adexusa.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. No claims will be accepted if the goods have been altered or installed.
Important: Inspect pallets thoroughly upon delivery. If concealed damage is suspected, clearly document it on the proof of delivery (e.g., “pallet arrived unwrapped with two red boxes smashed”) and notify Customer Service by email within 24 hours of receipt. ADEX USA is not liable for any claim where there are no specific notations of damaged freight on the POD. Writing “subject to inspection” is not sufficient and the claim will be denied. Please take pictures and include them with your notification of damage.
